To reschedule a cleaning, give us a call or send us a text at (737) 280-4467.
You can cancel by calling our team at (737) 280-4467. Please note that all cleans must be cancelled 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations after that window will result in a cancellation fee of $60 + tax.
Our goal is to inspect each home every 3–4 cleanings, or upon request. Our supervisor may show up with the team, during the cleaning, or after it's completed.
No — we bring everything needed on the day of your clean! If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know and we'll communicate your preferences to your team.
A standard team consists of 2 cleaners. We may send additional cleaners for larger jobs.
No problem at all. We do not require customers to be home. All employees have passed extensive background checks and we have full confidence they will respect your home and belongings. We just ask that you share any access information beforehand — gate/door codes, alarm codes, or leave our name with your concierge or office manager.

Absolutely! If you're happy with your cleaning and want to show appreciation, tipping is a wonderful way to do so. You'll see the option to add a tip when you receive your receipt after your cleaning, or you can leave a cash tip for the team.
Please reach out to us with all the details — we always want to make sure you're satisfied. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule a touch-up within 48 hours of your clean.
We love referrals! Share your referral's name, phone number, and email address and we'll reach out to help them book their first cleaning. Once they've scheduled their first clean, we'll apply a discount to your recurring service.
